Zoë is your friendly, motivational trainer that will push you to be better every single step of the way! Delivering you the best results and with her vibrant personality, she’ll ensure you have fun while doing it.

Formerly a dancer for 14 years, Zoë decided to take fitness to the next level and is a renowned and fully qualified NASM Personal Trainer, group fitness instructor, and pre & post-natal coach. You can train with Zoë in functional movement, pre & post-natal, strength and conditioning, boxing, and dance.
